New Tool/Element: ACPY

ACPY - Anti Copy. Please get it a better name!

So the way this'd work is that you could put a pixel of ACPY in a save and set a tmp and life value. Then, if this pixel is found in the save, you cannot use Ctrl-C on it in a square range defined by its tmp (so you let someone copy the whole save except for a certain part.) For example, if there is a ACPY with .tmp of 10 at location 100x,100y , then the 10x10 box around it is not copyable or anything inside this 10x10 box. Also, if its life is 1, then you cannot re-save and publish a save with ACPY in it, but you can private save it.

I hope this element could be added to reduce copying rates.
Please do feel free to criticize my idea.

EDIT: .tmp2 could be used to 'disguise' the ACPY as another element. Even the console shouldn't be able to detect ACPY

Anti-copy isn't happening, there is no way to enforce it. For example, a mod could just remove the check (I would probably do it in my mod). And your example here is 100% bypassable without a mod. We can't hide an element and pretend it doesn't exist, I'm not even sure how that would work.

It would also annoy people who just want to save a stamp for personal use.

I have another idea I might do, but it would only be for moderators to help check reports of stolen saves, and not actually a mechanism that will prevent the copying in the first place.

You disguise it with tmp2 (like element IDs, such as 1 for DUST). Maybe stamps could be allowed as well?

If stamps are allowed, what's the point?
