Hello!
I welcome you to my first TPT mod. It adds the following items:
Elements:
Sugar (SUGR):
Dissolves in water.
Sugarwater (SUGW):
Works as fertilizer for plants.
Hydrcabon (CH):
Neutralise acid
Carbon (CRBN):
Melts into molten carbon at 3.948°C.
Molten carbon (MCRB):
Molten form of carbon.
Solid carbon (SCRB):
Solid form of carbon. Turns into diamond at high pressure (>250).
Gravity fluid (GFLD):
Liquid form of GPMP, but without its temperature limit.
(-273.15 to 9725.15)
Nitrogen dioxide (NO2):
Poison for plants, created when nitrogen gas combusts.
Carbon monoxide (CO):
Turns into carbon at high pressure.
Nitrogen (NITG):
Finally the gas form of liquid nitrogen has arrived!
Heat insulator (HINS):
Blocks heat.
Zero tool (ZERO):
Sets temperature to 0
(useful for gravity fluid)

Suggestion: Under Build > Configuration Manager, open the drop-down box under "Active Solution Configuration:" and change it to "Static".
That way you won't need to include any .dll files. You also don't need to include the .pdb file, and to be safe probably shouldn't include the powder.pref file either.
Also you still have StaticLibs/ in the src folder for some reason, you should probably delete that folder from src/ to save space in the download there. Also I think I updated https://dl.dropbox.com/u/43784416/PowderToy/Required%20Libraries.zip since you last downloaded it, but it might not affect you.
Anyway, maybe i'll try the mod later, these are just my suggestions for better releasing the mod :P
