I used to play TPT a few years ago and now I'm back, but I forgot how to use the property edit tool. I looked on the wiki but it only told me stuff I already knew. Please tell me what each section on the property edit tool does and how to use it.

most of the stuff I truly dont understand, and I like to experiment with some of the stuff. Like if you place a circle of BMTL, and you PropEdit it, click the x, and typ in 100, it turns into a line of BMTL that quickly turns into BHOL. But lets start from the beginning. Type is the elements type (if you type in 1, whatever element it is turns into dust). Life is the Life value of the object, as in how long it lives. If you use this on a fire, you can make it last forever, or you can make some very cool DEUT bombs. (Im a bit confused with ctype, but I know that if you change a CRAY's ctype, it will shoot that element.). (x just turns stuff into black holes for me). (y does the same thing. I believe it is coordinates, with x). Temp is already implied. (No idea with flags). Tmp works kind of like life values, not to be confused with temp. Tmp2, same. DColour, no idea...

TYPE: Enter the TYPE number or element NAME to change the type of selected element. Does NOT change ctype, temperature, deco, etc.

LIFE: Has different properties in different elements. In energy types like neutrons, protons, etc. the LIFE is how long before the energy type dissapates. In DLAY, the life is how long until the spark comes back out the other side. In DEUT, the life is how "cold"/"compressed" the DEUT is. Increasing this aboce normal causes rapidly expanding DEUT. Increasing the life of QRTZ also makes it grow...

CTYPE: A secondary type used in some more interactive elements. In CLNE, BCLN, PCLN, and PBCN CTYPE says what element will be cloned. In SOAP, cytyoe determines the intereactions of the element with other soab particles, allowing for soap bubbles with GUN, strings with STKM, etc. With SPRK, determines what the element will turn back into when the SPRK disappears. For example, if you spark METL, the CTYPE of the SPRK will be METL. Until recently, CTYPE controlled the properties of LIFE, but now the properties with CTYPE are all separate elements.

X: Defines the X coordinate of the element. That's it.

    Y: Defines the Y coordinate...

VX: Defines the velocity of the element on the X axis. DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO MAKE MOVING SOLIDS!!! Useful for setting direction of things like PHOT.

VY: Same thing, on the Y axis.

TEMP: Defines the tempature of the object... The object will always end up 273.15 degrees lower than what you put in due to differing units of celcius and kelvin. I don't know why...

FLAGS: Allows you to edit certain things about an object. I don't know many things about this, but I know you can do things like make BRAY last forever, stuff that you couldn't noramlly do.

TMP: Basically a variable that some elements use. Setting the TMP of CRAY tells it how far to extend the ray. TMP of PSTN tells it how much it can "push". Also allows you to set different mode for FILT.

TMP2: A secondary variable. The TMP2 of PSTN let's you tell PSTN how FAR it can "push".

DCOLOR: I think it let's you set decoration color, but I dunno how to use it...

That's all I could think off the top of my head. I'm not exactly an expert...

vx or vy allows u to moving spng, it was patched, but flag 8 is compabitility flag, which allows moving spng, due to it being used to older saves so it is compatible, but without flag or changing element properties in console, no
