you just run the mod like you would startup the regular tpt

(you will see a .exe in the folder of them)

ow yeah some mods are bad made and they crash on every use of a element xD and the 3 .exe's are the same so no difference between them

It is TOTALLY NOT like MC mods, it's a modded client, not modded files that you add to the client.
Just run the .exe in the folder, if it crashes, get a GOOD mod

Let me explain the difference, because you obviously don't know as much as you think you do.

Minecraft:
Minecraft is a .jar Java executable, which in turn is really an archive like a zip or tarball. It contains various parts which people make changes to, and then replace the old parts with their modified parts.

Powder Toy:
Powder Toy is a native executable. It is all one file, as opposed to a number of files compressed into one. There is no easy way to dynamically replace parts, as it is all in one part(without compiling from source, but that creates problem with lack of uniformity between clients). So what we have done is added some code to Powder Toy which lets it read files written in a scripting language called Lua. Nothing is installed, Powder Toy simply reads the instructions and does what they say. Therefore, you must execute every script for them to take effect.

There is no real installation process with user made mods, they don't make changes to the originally downloaded Powder Toy. They are completely standalone executables.

You don't install mods, you just download it, unzip it with WinRarZip or some other packing soft, then you click powder.exe to play it. If it crashes mod is bad ad you can't use it. Next time when you have question, try search bar (it's on right top corner of pane.) and read wiki, please.
