There are other non-adults. the game updates once every never, by that i mean it takes a long time. the next update will prob take like 5 months to 3 years to come, the devs are the one who make the updates. the rules to TPT can be found on the TPT wiki on "https://powdertoy.co.uk/Rules.html" altough i am unsure weather these are the real rules as i have forgotten much. I hope that helped
