A small cold fusion reactor that can be sometimes random..you can use it if you really want to but with credit..

  Also the ttan sprking is because the ELEC generated from the fusion and stopping it from doing it would make this things size have to be larger

  Pt 2: 5th, electricty running through titanium could be dangerous, as for some reason it causes weird things with GLOW and it can damage insulation. If you wanted to make a system like this extremely small, you could cut out the dual loop second and use water as the coolant. Good luck!

  Pt 1: Good reactor. So I would improve this in the following ways. 1st, I would avoid having the coolant loop regularly stop, as that reduced the thermal capacity of the core. 2nd, I would avoid creating so much water waste. 3rd, I would try to remain realistic with hydrogen generation, an electrolosis chamber will be sufficient. 4th, I would create a way of restarting fusion in case it stops through some form of heat reserve.
