Well the loop stopping is because the loop cannot constantly run or the core will fail

Pt 2: 5th, electricty running through titanium could be dangerous, as for some reason it causes weird things with GLOW and it can damage insulation. If you wanted to make a system like this extremely small, you could cut out the dual loop second and use water as the coolant. Good luck!
Pt 1: Good reactor. So I would improve this in the following ways. 1st, I would avoid having the coolant loop regularly stop, as that reduced the thermal capacity of the core. 2nd, I would avoid creating so much water waste. 3rd, I would try to remain realistic with hydrogen generation, an electrolosis chamber will be sufficient. 4th, I would create a way of restarting fusion in case it stops through some form of heat reserve.
