    + problem fixed. it was the problem of the randomizer cell of the South East direction; right side of the MERC was biased more due to the upper MERC and METL at the same time, while left side of the MERC was affected by METL. Thanks for your feedback! :)

    @Mccdtk I checked the cell and you were right. The South East and East direction of the ARAY were not triggered 50/50, but downward biased. But I couldn't find out why bcs it was not the circuit problem. strange thing is, the randomizer at the bottom left worked perfectly even it had almost same structure but reversed(INSL direction was considered ofc). So if anyone had insight about this weird bias, please help.
