FAN-less fan by PortalPlayer
Very powerful, and simple: water boils -> pressure increases -> water condenses, air leaves -> pressure decreases, repeat. Update: increased the temp by a degree, which significantly increases the strength.

Water releases pressure because it boils, gasses tend to expand, however no code is in place for it to make a vacuum when it condenses, so it just creates pressure. Good idea though! -

Electro40: for some reason water creates pressure whenever it boils. Its state is also affected by pressure as well as temperature. This can be exploited for unending pressue. -
