the aiken tube is very similar to a crt tv, but it has a bent neck, which makes it more compact, it was a great idea, but in the end it never got in the stores

    Some would because for old electronics modern tvs would have some framerate issues and etc.

    but seriously, we used crt technology for almost 70 years, im actually trying to fix one ( 1980 )

    Nope, Folk wouldn't use CRT Over LCD Or Say OLED.

    this thing has some problems with the focussing, so im going to try to bend the electron ray a diffrent way

    if this would have got in the stores, there would be a big chance that we would still use crt technology, and crt technology would be very advanced
