This is my first attempt at a molten plut laser. It is reliable in that it is protected from melting itself.

  Yeah that method also means the beam goes through a lot of materials causing more damage in a shorter time frame.

  Oh that's a neat design, turning PHOT to GRVT so that the FILT conducts heat to it ;O
