    Exactly wind, not clouds. The effect is based on the CO2 and smoke weight difference. When you put smoke under CO2 clouds, it causes really beautiful atmospheric fluctuations.

    I've made a version of this city with some more special effects. Added smoke winds, mercury lake in the blocked metro section and a few more features. Can I publish it?
