A large terrestrial planet, with a population nearing 1 trillion, it has 4 moons, 2 are basically asteroids, 1 is a lava moon, with no reason to terraform it, and the largest moon is about the size of mars, and is home to 13 billion.

    It would have to be a very powerful ship, this is much more powerful than most planetary shields.
