PUMP can be use in all matter of constructions. No know reactions produce it, and it is not directly involved in any reactions (not including the pressure it emits) Use P-type silicon to activate (By default it is active) and N-type silicon to deactivate. Because of the high pressure, using WIFI to power it is an extremely bad idea, as WIFI is destroyed when it encounters high pressure, unless of course you can neutralise or prevent the pressure reaching the WIFI.
