Activated electronics on screen will malfunction and heat up at random when SPRK touches EMP. Some electronics will turn into BREL or NTCT. Makes the screen flash when activated, more intensely so if the amount of EMP is larger. WIFI near activated electronics may have its channel changed to a random new one, DLAY may have its delay changed to a random new one, and ARAY/SWCH/METL/BMTL/WIFI may heat up or break. It takes roughly 200 frames for it to be able to fire again.

EMP acts as an electromagnetic pulse, breaking any electronics that are currently carrying sparks.

EMP can be sparked by any conductor in the game (including pressurized QRTZ), creating a blue flash on screen.

Some elements (PSCN, NSCN, PTCT, NTCT, SWCH, INST) are converted to a random mixture of BREL and NTCT when EMP hits them, often creating an infinite spark loop that causes the BREL to heat up. This is sometimes hot enough to melt metals, which can set any nearby INSL on fire as well. Any DLAY within a 2-pixel radius of a SPRK has its temperature randomized, while ARAY near sparks breaks into BREL.

"Normal" conductors (METL, TTAN, IRON, RBDM, BMTL, TUNG, pressurized QRTZ) and INWR are not affected by EMP.

It takes 220 frames for the EMP to be recharged to fire again.
