Elements in the Solids menu

Click element images for more details.

  • GOO.png Goo. Deforms and disappears under pressure.
  • ICE.png Ice. Crushes under pressure. Cools down air.
  • WOOD.png Wood, flammable.
  • PLNT.png Plant, drinks water and grows.
  • BMTL.png Breakable metal. Common conductive building material, can melt and break under pressure.
  • WAX.png Wax. Melts at moderately high temperatures.
  • GLAS.png Glass. Meltable. Shatters under pressure, and refracts photons.
  • NICE.png Nitrogen Ice. Very cold, will melt into LN2 when heated only slightly.
  • COAL.png Coal, Burns very slowly. Gets red when hot.
  • BRCK.png Brick, breakable building material.
  • IRON.png Iron. Rusts with salt, can be used for electrolysis of WATR.
  • DRIC.png Dry Ice, formed when CO2 is cooled.
  • SPNG.png Sponge, absorbs water. Is not a moving solid.
  • RIME.png Solid, created when steam cools rapidly and goes through sublimation.
  • VINE.png Vine, can grow along WOOD.
  • SHLD.png Shield, spark it to grow.
  • FILT.png Filter for photons, changes the color.
  • QRTZ.png Quartz, breakable mineral. Conducts but becomes brittle at lower temperatures.
  • TTAN.png Titanium. Higher melting temperature than most other metals, blocks all air pressure.
  • GOLD.png Gold. Corrosion resistant metal, will reverse corrosion of iron.
  • CRMC.png Ceramic. Gets stronger under pressure.
  • HEAC.png Rapid heat conductor.
  • PTNM.png Platinum. Catalyzes certain reactions.
  • ROCK.png Rock. Solid material, CNCT can stack on top of it.
  • RSSS.png Solidified resist. Blocks pressure and insulates electricity. Liquefies on contact with neutrons.

Other Solids, not visible in the menu

  • SPWN.png STKM spawn point.
  • SPWN2.png STK2 spawn point.
  • VRSS.png Solid Virus. Turns everything it touches into virus.
  • BIZS.png Bizarre Solid. Melts to BIZR at low enough temperatures.
