    Do u have a black list?
    I mean people (or IPs (or mac-adress)) who are banned FOREVER
    (Just to desrease moderators work)

    @lockheedmartin Just a question...umm does it count if your friend or brother vote u up? because my annoying brother jack-P_gazer voted on some of my stuff and i did in return....i just want some answers to see if it is breaking the rules...please convo me -Emo

    If the vote comes from the same IP as your account, yes it does.

    It maps out every IP you used. Also every IP's first few numbers are to an ISP and in your area. So we can ban a set/range.

    What if I used a different user for each IP?
