if you can't acces the new secret menu and you have the old version (45.2) here is a way to input the secret menu elements:
    1. open the old version
    2. open the secret menu
    3. list the names of the elements (e.g. LOLZ , MORT etc.)
    4. open powder toy 46.1 beta or any newer version
    5. put any element in the place (preferebly a solid)
    6. pause and open the console
    7. type in 'set type all (e.g. set type all love)
    8. exit the console and start the game
    9. wait a moment
    10. TADA! the element has been changed into a secret element

EDIT: you should put a keyboard shortcut for resizing the pen because some people like me don't have mousewheels because they have netbooks or do the same as the powder game http://www.dan-ball.jp/en/javagame/dust

I don't know whether this bug has already been reported or not, but when I put a stickman and I give him some thunder, a strange thing happen : the stickman seems to fly, and generates some dust. Also, he doesn't suffer of the thunder ; he just produces the dust, and finally lands on the wall I've put.
Here is a screenshot to show you.
