The Unrealistic Science Mod Revamped!

It crashed for me too, but then I moved it to the desktop and it worked.

I noticed some problems though. You shouldn't put the huge mod name in the HUD all the time, maybe in the intro text? And GLUON is too long of a name, maybe GLON or GLUN.

I didn't try out many elements for now though.

Worked just fine for me but that maybe because i have all the basic mod dlls installed onto my laptop though when it started up it took a minute or two

Just wondering, is this coded in C++? I've noticed that many of the older mods CTD on my computer. Are there any particular runtimes that are needed for this/older mods?

By the way, I downloaded that .dll pack from github a couple weeks ago, and I tried to launch this in combination with various .dlls from the pack, but it still wouldn't launch. Same thing with the old Unrealistic Science Mod. It's pretty obvious that I'm doing something wrong/something is missing on my end, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried putting it into the powder toy directory sorry i haven't had a chance to read through this topic completely if that does not work find a mod that has the basic dlls packaged with it and put the exe in there

Yeah, I have a separate folder inside my main powder toy directory for mods. I've tried moving the USM exe around to different mod folders (each with their own set of .dlls), putting it in the main folder, and putting on the desktop. Sometimes, it will seem like it's trying to load, and take around 20-30 seconds, then it will crash and give me the usual message. I can post the error log, but only if I can't come up with a solution beforehand. Thanks for the help, though.

Could it be possible that you could make neutrons decay, and that they have a chance of decaying into a proton and a electron, or a neutrino, photon and proton?

I may make neutrons decay into quarks and phot when they collide at high speeds or gravity. There are no neutrinos yet, maybe in the next update.

     Try running in compatability mode.

I will remove the title, but keep the version. I will keep the name GLUON because I dont like anything else. I thought of GUON, GLUN, GLON, but none of those seem right. You can still see the name GLUON fine, and its the only element I did this for thats availble in the menu.

I will fix that. Also, try putting NCLN and AMTR for an epic birth of a star.

Will there also be a way to take elements like hydrogen, and break them down into quarks? Also, would it be better if gravitons were not affected by their own gravitation field?

If I do it for hydrogen, I will have to do it for all, and that would ruin the mod. And I think it's better when gravitons are affected by their own fields.
