You take the .exe file inside and copy it to the normal Powder Toy folder. It's just a replacement EXE basically.

The DS as a whole isn't really equipped to handle the depth of stuff TPT requires, at all.    The best falling sand app I know of for DS is World of Sand, and it's not even TPT-is...

If you add tags to your saves, you can search for the tags while still under only your own saves.
