    also my computer was built by a friend, and i keep getting a message from microsoft that says my software is counterfeit, but i knoiw that is false. does that help?

    It is counterfeit if it says it is. Microsoft has validation. As stupid as they are... they have validation.

    I would suggest going into task manager and changing the powder toys affinity and priority to something lower

    I don't think that would cause a problem though, I have bootleg Windows 7 and it says it's counterfeit, but TPT runs fine for me?

    i know for sure it is not counterfeit because i paid extra for ultimate/extreme. maybe there was a problem when he built it?
    it hasnt happened in a while, maybe the new update fixed it. if it happens again, ill do a print screen or copy and paste. p.s. it isnt like a bsod screen it does NOT say a fatal error has occured. it is the kind of screen you would get from a lightning strike
