    Neither of them.

    Stanislaw Skowronek originally created the game, his server shut down, Simon picked up development a couple of months ago, and has been the main organizer for development since, creating this website. Many others develop and contribute too. I do not believe lolzy does any developing, he's just a moderator.

    I'm only a tiny seenu ickle moderator but I do have everything set up to start development TPT but I'm too lazy because of school at the moment.
