I'm not sure if you could tall this a glitch. E-hole seems to cause particles to lose their collisions with one another, and prevents them from leaving. And so the ordinary interactions of particles with themselves (though not seemingly with others) and the ways in which they generate pressure and heat remain intact.

So if particles can pass through one another, so many at one time... Weird stuff happens. @_@
