    fffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuu!!!
There was billion replies on suggestions like this:
    1) There is topic to suggest new elements
    2) There are rules which says do not suggest elements from periodic table. We already have rubidium and this is enough

P.S. Sorry for emotions, but you should understand me

your #2 actually reads that you can suggest periodic table elements if they greatly improve the general gameplay of TPT, like every other suggestion

you can suggest elements periodic table related and get the same result as any other suggestion

Yes shurely you can suggest elements from periodic table, but they should greatly improve the general gameplay of TPT. But you shouldn't suggest elements, that already have similar ones in TPT. Agree?

any other suggestion receives the same attention as a suggestion from the periodic table of elements or any other chemistry feature.

Aparently not. We are trying to get a separate section for element suggestions.
