345 means if surrounded by 3,4, or 5 particles of its type, it will die of overcrowding

2 means if surrounded by 2 particles of its type,a new particle will be born

4 means after a particle dies, it stays around for 4 frames

Ya gol elements can be awesome if you know how 2 use them.

Contain them with diamond.

you can create a 3x4 pixel 0 with GOL element. It will start out extremely hot, but will quickly cool. It acts as a cooler, at the min temp available in TPT
