    What is the difference between powder-sse, powder-sse2 and powder-sse3. i have not noticed any difference. can some one please tell me?

    Nope.

    I think it works like this:
    If you have a fast computer, use sse-3 and that will be the fastest for you.
    If you have an alright computer, use sse-2 and that will be fastest for you.
    If you have a slow computer, use sse and that will be fastest for you.

    Also, why was this posted in Feedback?

    the only difference i have noticed is that powder-sse is 1`191kB in size, while sse2 and sse3 are both 1`190kB. there's no difference in the elements.

    I noticed, when using a 7 year old computer (which still seems to be better than my current one) the sse3 wouldn't run, it said the processor was unsupported. so i tried a lowwer sse and it worked. So it may be compatability.

    Its your processor speed (i think) If you have an old computer and you open powder-sse3 It will say, not enough CPU speed.
