Man, if thats too complex, you WON'T be able to make an mod, and YES it is hard to set up and to make, you must know C++ for making cool and new elements, you cant really make an innovation without hard work, time and effort. If you can't understand the page, you're gonna have an hard time making your mod, try to understand and after if you got questions, you can ask them here, but asking ''How to make a mod'' is not an good question to ask. I may seem rude, but that's the truth. I needed alot of help to set it up, even if I knew I was total newb in C++, cause I invested my time and efforts in something else, so I can't make anything really amazing. So ask yourself and see if you are motivated enough to start that, because if you stop in mid route, it doesn't really worth it. If you know C++, you should try it, if not, it probably won't last long in your mind.
