    You are probably gone by now, but why not an email ban. Any account created with a banned email is not allowed. This would require email activation (else random email addresses could be entered).

    i think i got rid of the hundreds of retarded comments on popular creations, if you find any more let me know. I'm sure he will come back, and the posting spam problem is fixed because you can't double post anymore :).
