    I hate to say this but stuff would be slowed down becasue the moderators have to go around deleting forums with inaproprtiate pics.
    so i guess you could have only preset backgrounds created by the developers moderators and simon, but then people would want more so you would have to create a new forum for the suggestions. However checking the suggestions and implementing them would slow things down even more. No matter what you do the moderators have to check evryones background pic at some point slowing the whole flow of powdertoy down. unless people are willing to accept that, this is a no win situation. Please comment on this, there may be a hole somewhere that i missed.

    Personal pic or from a choice that they made?
