its basically the powder toy, we renamed it to powder sim, and we plan on making it have a bit more realism and less toy, so we chose powder sim, we still havent cleared up the final details though... we have irc on freenode at channel #powdersim

you'll need to incorporate fluid ynamics whilst I was here someone made a simulator you could get that code and add it in
