    I just realized that I hadn't stated where PTT and PTEC stand in relation to multiple clubs.

    Both organizations have come to the conlusion that you may not be in both organizations. Because by being in both organizations you would be taking someone else's opportunity to enjoy the community of an organization. Finally although placing applications for both clubs is discouraged it is not enforced. I would most definitely suggest that you choose which club is the most suited for your ability in electronics and apply for that one.
