    Once, on Cinco De Mayo 2017, I looked up Powder Toy. One image was out of place and highly disturbing.

    There isn't much we can do about this. Google shows whatever images it thinks are relevant. I don't see anything inappropriate in the top results anyway.

    It happened once. I think someone used Report Images. And I don't want to describe it

    the closest thing to disturbing on the image results is a devil triangle. nothing else that is (close to) disturbing
