How to paste without it acting like WALL

    you know how ctrl+v to paste is exactly the same as placing wall right? how do i move it by individual pixels? and if that feature doesnt exist it really should

    Use the arrow keys to shift it around, r (with ctrl or shift modifiers) to rotate
