Wait what? kobalt what de's neural nets? Unless you mean These "Neural Nets" are Fake! What are they? I haven't been on TPT in awhile bud, but TPT isn't supposed to be realistic as hell. I get the point of this thread now.

people state that these are learning things, you cant dank diddley learn without remembering what you did before, a kid wont learn not to touch a hot stove if it cant remember anything , they can only be light shows unless you decide to figure out how to store information.(and i believe there is atleast a few poeple who can figure it out) (also i wanted to save space in the name of this post)

To be a real neural network, the connections between neurons should get stronger the more they're used. I can't really think of a good way to do this off the top of my head- maybe MERC heating up and expanding?
But yeah, this is a really good point, and one I've been thinking about recently. They're not so much neural networks as they are random number generator networks
