We need more information. Does the game crash when you start it? What OS are you using? What steps did you take after downloading to try to start the game?

You aren't banned, we can't prevent people from starting the game with bans ...

Did you unzip the file and start the unzipped file? Are you getting an error? If you can't open it after starting you computer, wait 10 or so minutes and see if it can start. You might not have enough ram in you computer. Show us a screenshot of task manager (if you have windows) under the performance section when you try to start tpt.

That is mostly invalid advice. TPT only uses ~80MB of RAM at most, if your computer doesn't have that much it probably doesn't run well and stuff freezes / crashes often.

Also waiting 10 minutes doesn't help at all either.

We are assuming here that you have previously been able to start TPT on the same computer beforehand.. Is that the case?

check your antivirus, for whatever reason malware bytes was stopping tpt from launching for me, also if tpt is open in task manager close it using task manager then try and open it, you could also try running the exe file as a administrator

I said that because on my other laptop, you have to wait at least 10 minutes or so for it to load all of the pre-installed hp junk, and it also might have a kind of slow hd (300GB, sometimes crashes).

the laptop is from 2009. I don't want to mess anything up by removing it, but I might remove the msn startup key (it starts every time you turn on/log into the computer (windows msn is long outated).
