Cant find source files

    is it supposed to be in a file other than the TPT folder

    Well, where are you looking for them? If you cloned/downloaded the repo from GitHub, they should be in the src directory.

     If you opened the terminal/cmd in a directory and cloned there, there should be a folder named 'The-Powder-Toy' in that directory. That's the tpt source

    Define "TPT folder". If by that you mean where you run TPT, no, they won't magically be there. Users download the prebuilt binaries (i.e. what the huge download button gives you at the home page) because they don't want the source. For the source you should head over to the GitHub repo. Read the wiki for more.

    No, you read what the wiki says and do that.
