Comment Filter

I have noticed a lot of curse words in save comments recently, and I think there should be a filter to prevent such comments from being posted. I am almost certain that people are going to try to replace letters of the word with numbers or add spaces between them, so that should be blocked as well. Basically, the filter could be like tags that can't be used but for comments. Another way this could work is by removing or replacing the word with asterisks. This would help make TPT more "child friendly" as children playing TPT might accidentally pick up these words, and use them in a way that is offensive without meaning it. Tell me if you agree with is, or if it is possible.

Filters how we do with tags would not work. People would definitely get around it, and it would cause lots of issues and probably false positives. People come up with ways to get around tag filters almost every day it seems like.

And if you ... want to try it out, then use the snapshots or my mod. It doesn't prevent you from submitting the comment, all it is is a warning. There are several other types of warnings too, one for asking for votes, and another for writing "stolen"/"copied". -
actually i love this idea of actually warning people that asking for votes/swearing/commenting "copied" is against the rules because theres not really a super upfront rule page

Saying"copied" or "stolen" isn't against the rules, I just wanted to advise people to report it instead. But yes, the warnings are nice.
