    Alt symbols - open, say, notepad, hold ALT, press on numpad the numbers for the specific symbol, release alt.

    Moderators speak English, people here speak English. No need for a Russian forum when English can perfectly be understood.
    TPT's text parser seems to run through the text and remove characters it doesn't like, but HTML escapes are allowed.

    I think the text parser should be unstupiditified, but that's all. No russian variant of the game/forum.
