Ok I will be taking REASONABLE ideas. And I will make them if I find them suitable. Will be uploading a mod shortly.
Features:
1)LASR(laser): Will cut through metal almost instantly. Acts like photons. (Based on yew101's mod)
2)RCKT(Rocket fuel): Highly explosive liquid. (Based on antb's mod)
3)RUBY: Different colored DMND. (Not going to be in mod.)
4)PPNE(propane): Highly explosive liquid. Burns colder than RCKT.
5)MYST(mystery):You have to guess what this does. (Changed. None of you know it now ;))
6)AMON(amonium nitrate): Cools down if touching water.
7)FOSS(fossil):Turns into diamond powder when pressurized.
8)PDMD(Diamond powder): Diamond powder.
9)VENT: Changes pressure to 0 (Based on wikku9's mod)
10)FRON: (freon): Cold gas.
11RNBW (rainbow flame): Rainbow flame (Based on yew101's mod, didn't take source. Messed up on an attempt for CFLM but it ended up being RNBW.)
12)BCOL(broken coal):Burns slightly faster than COAL.
13) BPRF(Bullet proof glass):Indestructable other than melting.
14)Some edits to previous elements. Smoke spawning temp fixed.
15)More elements affected by NEUT. AMON tweaks. MYST tweaks(None of you know what it does anymore:P.)

So far, LASR looks like your having a seizure if its in mass quantities. Rest have yet to be made.

Edit: No longer seizure effect.
