    Plamoid:

I've tried didn't work, plus I just want to be a supervisor of a mod not the coder.

So if you're not going to code it, who is?

    EPRT
    E Particle
When turned on, lets liquids and solids through. Turned on via PSCN and turned off via NSCN.
Color: Grey like wall when off, white like ewall when turned on.
    Category, Powered Elements.

    PPTI & PPTO
Powered portal in & powered portal out.
    Self explanitory.

There should be a way to make ELEC without CLNE. (combining 2 different elements together or something) This is the only moving element that doesn't need a detector wall or something special to make a spark on METL. So, this should be an opportunity to make it a bit more useful as far as power plants, certain electronics, etc. goes.

Thanks. Do you have a 32 or 64 bit computer?

I've got a name not very good but it's a start:
       The Rejected Toy

It's on Github, it's the unmodifed source, but someone please modify.

I made an element that undergoes beta decay, but produces another elemnet as well.
It's not so effective for your suggested purposes.
