Simon saw you actually steal books/lapis by putting them in your ender chest, and then I banned you when I noticed that some dark prismarine was stolen out of the walls in the overworld side of the wither skeleton farm.

You can't just take random pieces of whatever you want because it isn't protected, in the end farm the books/lapis are public use but it is clearly stated that you aren't allowed to take them out, and in the other case there is just no reason to steal materials out of someone's build.

There are also lots of other things like breaking the guardian farm because you dug it up and didn't replace stuff properly, also all the materials were stolen out of the temporary base at the guardian farm and showed up at your house, you dug some paths around the wither skeleton farm which allowed pigmen spawning (I covered a massive area around it for a reason). And then the whole mass griefing incident where you were banned the first time which is far worse than what you were banned for this time.
