while this town may seem pleasent, even perfect, only the rich live in the upper regions. much of the population lives in the slums below terrain used is terrained ocean suggestions welcome :)

    the smoveness is from the clne. if removed, the water would be gone forever after an explosion.

    The water looks more realistic when it isn't perfectly smooth if you erase a little bit so it moves it looks way bettter. +1
