White noise generator. BCOL is used because its deco is randomly generated because of the Sand Effect, TPT varies the intensity of the deco through time. Not when the particle has been created, but before that. At least now the save has some purpose.

    You have to turn on Sand Effect and Decorations.

    The white noise is more pronounced if you use QRTZ
