    Add a universe ending ingot and a universe creating ingot (Pure WHOL ingot with tmp set to 2147483647 for universe creating and Pure BHOL ingot with tmp set to 2147483647 for universe destroying)

    Sounds like Blue Vibranium, VIBR with a TMP2 of 1. It absorbs energy, then turns blue and glows when it is fully charged.

    -when you send an elecric charge through it,it will become"empowered"meaning itll do more damadge if used for a blade(the blade will emit a blue shine)
