    A gamma ray is light. Light can't escape a black hole. Just sayn, I could be wrong dough.

    Quite impressive, Now if a Gamma ray burst were to hit earth, or come close, it would instantly cause the atmosphere to be vaporised. +1

    umm gamma ray burst happen when there is a very powerful supernova and neutron stars collide, not black holes :P
