Just a generic jet engine with a (sometimes) unstable URAN heater core. Click on starter air first wait 30 seconds then click main air. For optimum running turn starer air off. Upon shutdown open starter air to bleed pressure out of the compressor faster

    Why not just put a seat on top? Thats more like Jeb. You should also put on some sort of SAS module so he can fly through the air on a f0kin jet engine.

    Nah. Just feed it LOX+Kerosene and strap a small capsule on the top Jebediah Kerman style.

    actually, even better, instead of kerosene, jet b type fuel

    it works so much better if you run it on kerosene and dinitrate tetroxide

    Also, add air before you add fuel like a normal jet engine start up. Needs a little bit of pressure to build up or it does clog with diesel. Will self sustain as diesel is self igniting in high pressure conditions.

    Thanks guys, will take the feedback. I know intake air cooling needs some adjustment, it can take a while for the core to warm up enough to ignite the diesel. Thanks for my first FP!

    even though i cant get it working its still a great save and it looks cool, even if the cooling is a bit basic

    ive got it working you just need to add something electric to spark the fuel
